Answer

若装置在开机后直接进入Windows 修复环境(WinRE) ，请参考以下步骤排除问题:

A. 卸除最新的Windows Update更新

    若装置在问题发生前刚执行过Windows Update，请参考FAQ-8791的内容，至Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Uninstall Updates移除更新

B. 检查并修复C槽中的错误系统档案与坏轨Check and repair file system errors and bad sectors on the C: drive

    (1) 至Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command prompt

         

    (2) 输入指令“chkdsk /r c:”

    (3) 在修复完成后，输入指令“sfc /scannow”

    (4) 在扫描完成后，输入“Exit”并选择“Continue”以进入系统

C. 还原装置Restore the device

    若您曾建立过还原点，请参考以下步骤还原装置

    (1) 至Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore

          

    (2) 选择欲登入的Windows account并输入密码登入

    (3) 选择欲还原的还原点，并按照指令以开始还原

E. 重设装置

    (1) 至Troubleshoot > Reset this PC

          

    (2) 选择“Keep my files”以移除所有软件与设定并保留所有个人档案

          

    (3) 选择Cloud download或Local reinstall以开始重设此装置

F. 还原原厂设置

   若在按照以上步骤执行后仍无法排除问题，请至Troubleshoot > Restore MSI factory settings > 按照指令以开始还原原厂设置
